Our quality promise

Every Pinelet Felt Christmas Tree is checked before it ships. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or missing, we'll replace the item or the missing pieces at no cost to you.

What's covered (12 months)

• Seams coming apart or the tree tearing under normal use.
• Hook-and-loop backing on ornaments that stops holding.
• Missing ornaments, star topper or hanging loop in your box.
• Items damaged in transit.

What's not covered

• Normal wear from everyday play (fluffing of felt, minor fading).
• Damage from pets, scissors, water, heat or washing in a machine.
• Lost ornaments after delivery.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This promise is in addition to those rights.

How to make a claim

1. Email hello@getpinelet.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. We'll reply within one business day (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST).
3. We send the replacement with tracking. You don't need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
