Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use getpinelet.com or buy from Pinelet, operated by Obsidian Funnels LLC (a New Mexico, USA limited liability company). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may cancel an order (and refund you in full) if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Standard tracked shipping within Australia is included unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
• Any "was" or crossed-out price refers to the price at which the product was previously offered or its recommended retail price.

3. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns, refunds and warranty

See our Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under it.

5. Using the product safely

Pinelet is designed for children 18 months and over and should be used with adult supervision. Hang the tree securely using the hanging loop, check ornaments regularly for wear, and remove any damaged pieces. Not suitable for children under 18 months: contains small parts.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law (and subject to the Australian Consumer Law), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

7. Website content

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and videos, belongs to Pinelet or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. We aim to keep information accurate, but product images may vary slightly from the item delivered.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
